I had one, and it was a nightmare. You must carefully review your lawyer on the lease. If you are a (FR full repairing and insuring lease), you are responsible for repairs inside and outside the building. Our landlord has to pay us for a roof and new windows. Pay all your bills, the rightful owners. If you pay will sell to the Company its costs and their lawyers. There are charges paid annually, if, like ours. Who pays for the damage, if left to you. What was the frequency of rent our 3 year and up to 3% per period. What is the rent due, usually the quarterly.Who for fire doors, etc., you are responsible. The landlord and tenant that the owner does not pay anything until your tenants. The owner has signed the Code of Practice owners. Ours is not. You may be lucky and good, we had a terrible, evil evil little man. If possible, ask your other tenants how to proceed.
