USB mass storage device drivers stopped working.? - usb storage device driver

I have decent experience in technology with a fast enough computer (Win XP, Core 2 Duo, 3GB). For some reason my USB mass storage driver does not work correctly. All USB storage device (PSP only connects and attempts to flash drive, but work on other computers) automatically calculates the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon appears, does not appear in My Computer. I tried to reboot, and everything is ok in Device Manager. Anybody know what's going on?
